Pre-Fabrication Shop

Electric Supply Company’s Pre-Fabrication Shop is part of the Company's Offsite Support Services Division. (OSS). Company President Tom Smithback states, “The use of our Offsite Support Services has greatly reduced the cost to projects allowing our company to remain competitive and lower our cost of installation for our customers”. Pre-fabrication is one part of OSS, which allows Electric Supply to pay top wages to our employees in an ultra conservative market. The use of OSS also levels out the manpower curve which helps Electric Supply have steady employment instead of frequent layoffs and hiring of employees as projects ramp up.
